Conducted by the Professional Numismatists Guild and the American Numismatic Association, trade show attendees on each of the three days will also have a chance to win a U.S. $20 gold coin worth more than $1,300.

"The PNG-ANA Numismatic Trade Show will be open to the public to buy and sell," said PNG Executive Director Robert Brueggeman. "This show is being produced by the same, experienced team that successfully organized PNG Day shows across the country for two decades."

The show has a couple of other convenient facets, held right before the ANA World’s Fair of Money and at the same place. Public hours are:

  • Saturday, August 2, from 10 am to 6 pm;
  • Sunday, August 3, from 9 am to 6 pm; and
  • Monday, August 4, from 9 am to noon

Admission at the door is $6 per person, but there are free admission coupons and complimentary invitations available from about 100 participating dealers. A list of dealers with tables at the show is available at:

Will this be the same show where the Kennedy “gold” commemorative will be released?

Mike Unser

The 50th Anniversary Kennedy Gold Coin debuts at the immediately following ANA World’s Fair of Money show, held Aug. 5-9 and also at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
