The Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) will meet Tuesday, Oct. 14, to review candidate designs or concepts for three Congressional Gold Medals and one commemorative coin program.
The CCAC’s agenda for the day is to:
- Review and discuss candidate designs for the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders Congressional Gold Medal,
- Review and discuss candidate designs for the American Fighter Aces Congressional Gold Medal,
- Discuss design concept for 2016 Mark Twain Commemorative Coins in gold and silver, and
- Discuss design concept for the Monuments Men Congressional Gold Medal
Open to interested members of the public, the CCAC meeting is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. and last until at least 1:00 p.m. (ET). It will occur at:
