One of the world’s most recognized cartoon characters appears on a new Royal Canadian Mint issue, the 2015 $20 Bugs Bunny Silver Coin.
As if the witty rabbit is not enough to draw in buyers, these coins are in 99.99% pure silver and sold at their legal tender face value of $20.
"Relive the joy and laughter of Bugs Bunny with this limited edition fine silver coin," promotes the Royal Canadian Mint. "This is the first time Bugs Bunny has featured on a Mint coin."
The Royal Canadian Mint’s series of "$20 for $20″ coins is a huge success. Fifteen different coins of the program have been issued in the past, and all but the most recent one has sold out.
