Above the pair, the Chinese character for ‘monkey’ is shown with Year of the Monkey inscribed below. A worldwide mintage of 500 has been allotted for this 99.9% pure silver coin.

2016 Wedding 1 oz Silver Proof Coin
This wedding-themed silver coin is presented as a gift idea for those just married. A design of a bride and groom appear on the reverse beside two intertwined gold wedding rings. Completing the design are inscriptions of Congratulations and 1 oz 999 SILVER.

Snugglepot & Cuddlepie™ were originally introduced in 1918 portraying the two in the Australian bush. Their popularity grew and became one of the most loved stories in Australian culture.
These coins celebrate that fact with the two sitting on a tree branch surrounded by gumnuts and gum leaves. Mintage is capped at 5,000.

2016 Decimal 50th Anniversary Silver Proof Two-Coin Set
The Perth Mint celebrates the 50th anniversary of the decimalization of Australian currency with a new silver proof two-coin set. These coins replicate the original 1 and 2 cent coins which appeared back in 1966. Both are struck in proof quality from 99.9% pure silver.
In addition to the silver coins, original 1 and 2 cent coins are included and complete the set. Mintage is limited to 2,000.

Friendship is front and center on this special 1/2 oz coin in 99.9% pure silver. The design features a chocolate Labrador beside a yellow Labrador with paw prints above and two bones, a bowl of food, and a ball below. Always Together is inscribed above.
The Perth Mint indicates a mintage of 7,500. This proof coin is legal tender of Tuvalu.

Closing out January releases is the "love coin," a suggested gift for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, or weddings. The coin’s reverse depicts two raised, overlapping hearts, surrounded by stars and flowers.
Each strike is featured in 1/5 ounce of 99.99% pure gold and appears in proof quality. This coin is also legal tender of Tuvalu. It has a very limited mintage of 2,013. According to the Mint, the mintage of 2,013 has an implied phonetic meaning of "love you my whole life" in Mandarin, which is represented by the Chinese characters 愛你一生. The coin is undated to represent timeless love.
