Mike Unser,
Thank you as always for posting the U.S. Mint’s weekly sales report; it is especially helpful and much appreciated that you do all the work for us in selecting out the ten items with the biggest sales increases for the week. On the other side of the coin, so to speak, it’s also good to know, for purposes of making wise purchasing decisions, which items have experienced the biggest returns. A minor footnote in that regard; I’m thinking you didn’t mean to write that the 2018 “Poof” Sets had the worst negative sales figure of the week.
It’s beyond idiotic to “minus” a typo correction. 😮
Old-Collector,
I had asked before about the + and – and you replied to it. If there is no real reason for them then why have it. I would like “COIN NEWS” to let us know what it is for or just do away with it because some people are just misusing it. They are using it to put down “someone” and not about the “comment” at all. So far the only reason is what you said about “trolls” in your reply to my question.
joera, You hit the nail right on the head; that was a rather quick and very accurate on point analysis. To enlighten you further as to the situation we now find ourselves in, it’s true that even before the installation of the anonymous “+” and “-” functions here we had a troll (going by the name of Milhouse) attacking this site periodically out of sheer unfettered malice and patently unlimited ignorance. With the recent addition of this grading system that particular bizarrely sociopathic internet cretin and his equally uncivilized brainless confederates have been able to misuse the “+/-” button in… Read more »
And for MY comment I get 3 -s? Old+Collector I guess I just joined your company! lol
Hi joera! Have no*fear, your in*good*company! The -negative & +plus thing that’s in place here, just gives a heads*up of who’s out there in *gods*world, *we may not know who they all are, but the sea*all eye does, when they leave there negative & plus mark! They know where we all live if they want us! Its getting to the point, where they are going to know how much coin we have in our pockets, hopefully* all for the good of this *world! The sea*all eye will have a *good idea where to look first, if things get out of hand,… Read more »
Mike Unser,
In the second paragraph of the article above, I believe that the total sales of the 2017 ASE are in fact now at 378,015 and not at 37,015 as it says there; it looks like a digit was likely skipped in transcription. Just trying to be helpful.
Here’s where a “minus” goes to being imbecilic. 😛
The “Poof” set mentioned in this article is a new U.S. Mint product – here today & gone tomorrow! lol
-NumisdudeTX
Brilliant!
Not you, dingbat minuses. Back to your coma.
Oh, I forgot you immature imbeciles can’t read.
Or write…or think. 😛 😛 😛 😛 😛
