Mike Unser –
You have 6 of the San Antonio quarters products in the top sales list as 2018 instead of 2019.
The Mint forum last nite & coin release ceremony today in San Antonio was fun! Got the San Antonio quarter coin designer Cris Costello’s autograph on rolls & literature. He is fascinating & started collecting coins at a very early age he told me.

Fixed. Thanks Seth!
I’ve traveled to several ceremonial coin releases. They’re memorable and I wish more people could experience them. I was really frustrated to have to miss this week’s events!
Seth, Mike, Cag, et al.,
You all have any thoughts on what this TDB – 19XE
American Eagle One Ounce Silver Enhanced Reverse Proof is all about?
A listing mistake?
Another ‘S’ or a ‘D’?
A new design?
Or a mistake in the making?
I don’t see it as a Mistake. It was just added to Mint schedule. New FY starting October 1st. Boost to sales to release a newly designed American Silver Eagle ASAP. Ryder has already said that a New design on the American Silver Eagle Bullion is in “the near future”…
Very good point about the new FY – timing makes perfect sense.
Run a new Numismatic design in 2019 to introduce the new design for BU sales in January of 2020.
The 1986 Proof ASE was released on November 24, 1986.
Maybe the USMint is trying to sell more ASE from the likes of the Two Nations set, but without the Canadian coin.
They would be keeping within the Two Nations set product limits by releasing the same enhanced reverse proof version ASE coin, but in a single coin clam shell case.
Mike, you have a couple of errors on the San Antonio quarters. The 2,328 mintage Should go with the 40 roll ‘S” set. The 6,103 Should go with the 3 coin P,D,S set. The total number of quarters Should go from 1,499,880 to 1,801,880 coins
cagcrisp. Thank you, and fixed! I had the two product codes swapped in our excel sheet that calculates the totals.
Reverse Proof Palladium – anyone out here that normally buys the Palladium sitting this one out on launch day? Waiting for a price decrease? Or not buying at all?
Anyone buying on 12 September?
I am sitting this one out for a while from the bleachers.., waiting to see how PD price action plays out
I’m sitting it out as well – mintage is too high for a high end coin. I think it may take a few months to sell out but I’ve been wrong before…
Sitting this one Out. Too High Price and Too High mintage. Don’t like buying High and Hoping that it goes Higher…
I really didn’t understand 2019 W Quarter worth so much ? 80x Face value and it have 2M mintage. if we check 2018 Pictured Rocks Quarters S BU , totally less than 1M , it is selling $1.35 on some retailers. What did you think the real Value For ATB (S) BU quarter ?
I agree that the palladium coin has a very high mintage this year (double the last two years) & palladium has been way too volatile recently to buy this coin. I have the 2017 bullion version & the 2018 Proof & that is enough for me till palladium settles down a bit.
Happy collecting & investing everyone!

Returned My Native American coin & currency set, because the bill was outside the protective case and into the packaging. Received my replacement and guess what. The bill is outside the protective case and into the packaging. Did they return my return?????
I received substandard replacement Apollo five ounce coins. They were all scratched or scuffed, like other products I’ve purchased from them.
That’s why when I returned my Native American coin and currency sets, as well as the Apollo coins and some Two Nation sets, I requested a full refund. I don’t care to roll the dice again on that, or the other products.
Here is a question for you experts. Why is the 2012 and 13 S uncirculated quarters so cheap compared to the new W quarters when there mintages is lower?
I believe 100 % S uncirculated quarters stay uncirculated because those go straight to collection, while the W quarter go to general circulation.
I got a 2012-S Hawaii unc Quarter in a box of quarters on the 10th.
