U.S. Mint product sales remained pretty much on the same path as they have in the last several weeks with sets taking the top spots.
Most years, American Silver Eagles would appear on the most-sold list as well, but they have been unavailable for some time — except for the 2022 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set which includes one.
Priced at $201, it’s been among the top five in weekly sales since launching on Oct. 26. The set’s latest increase places its total at 38,641, or 77.3% of the possible 50,000.
Since released, it has posted weekly gains of:
- 30,645 in its debut week ending Oct. 30,
- 2,186 to 32,531 in the week ending Nov. 6,
- 1,080 to 33,611 in the week ending Nov. 13,
- 1,157 to 34,768 in the week ending Nov. 20,
- 1,172 to 35,940 in the week ending Nov. 27,
- 1,135 to 37,075 in the week ending Dec. 4, and
- 795 to 38,641 in the latest week ending Dec. 18.
Last year’s set sold out in about 9 hours as it held both the classic (Type 1) and new (Type 2) designs of the American Silver Eagle, making it a unique offering.
Elsewhere, U.S. Mint stats showed slightly higher volumes of sales with 50 products outperforming their prior weekly increases compared to 43 previously.
Five products posted negative weekly sales against 3 in the previous report. Their reductions ranged from 1 to 31, with the latter tagged to the 2022-W Proof Gold Eagle Four-Coin Set.

down to 479 women’s 3 roll quarter set available.
I’m not sure I agree ‘nothing is published yet’ when I look under subscriptions I see Product Limit: 12,620 Household Order Limit: 3 that seems to me like a limit has been published. now, if you want to say the number that shows under data available represent an amount available under subscription, that wouldn’t surprise me. It could be of the 12,620 available only 10,000 are available via subscription, and on the day of the sale the mad scramble for the remaining sets begins which lasts around a nano second. last year the limit was 7620, the quarters sold out… Read more »
you see the same thing, for example, Morgan Dollars. Under schedule there is no limit listed, but if you go under subscription it shows the limit. innovation dollars is similar, the production limit shows under subscription. But the data available count is botched. at one time it was either sold out (for the D mint) or the Philadelphia around 1000 left. A few weeks ago the count showed 8000 , as if none were sold under subscription. The time to really check I believe is 3 days before the product is released. You have to have your subscription and a… Read more »
now says 328 so that is 50 or so sold in the last day. How many do you think will be left by the start of the new year?
now shows as 382 available, so almost 100 sold in the last 3 days
going, going…
Merry Christmas, coin friends. Best wishes for a new year filled with flawless coin purchases!
Love the cartoon.
back in February the following was posted on the Tubman note
Contrary to the many speculations online, the Harriet Tubman $20 bill is on track to debut to the public in 2030.
Every dollar bill is set to change in design by 2034, but each has a different projected release year — $10 (2026); $5 (2028); $20 (2030); $50 (2032); and $100 (2034).

Kaiser – I just looked, the 3 roll quarter set now down to 295
That is almost 200 sets sold in 5 days, looks like a sellout by the first week of January.
even a blind pig like me can find an acorn. 🙂
By the time the $20 gets released the innovation dollar series will just about be finished, so will you care that much?
as for the quarters, I suspect none will be available for the first few releases. Then there will be a glut on the market because of the additional 5000 rolls available, and people who subscribed for 3 rolls will drop 2 of them and the rolls will then again be available from the mint for the last 1 or 2 releases.
I’m hoping to get the new $20 Tubman with Jackson as the name. I think Michael Jackson is on the $20 since I don’t make that kind of cash to have any of my own. That’s why I put pennies on layaway at the bank. But I bet they make so many they’ll never be collectible. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas. Those other holidays don’t count. Weird thing. You never read about the awesome gifts Jesus got for Christmas (birthday) from his biological father. Another question. If you have 2 dreydles can you shoot em like dice for… Read more »
200 years? That’s funny. These woke, wanna rewrote history to fit their narrative people will remove all history from 1609 until the inauguration of Obama. It’ll be the new dark ages. Caitlin Jenner (ok maybe not jenner since it is a republican) RuPaul, Madea, Wendy Williams, Pete Bootyjudger, Lightfoot will replace the presidents on the currency. They may keep black wall street and add those bankers and business owners to the lineup. It won’t be paper money until later, but the coins will definitely come first. That’s what they really meant when they said hope & change. Yes major d.… Read more »
